About Us

George Oliver Companies LLC is a Phoenix-based, privately owned commercial real estate investment and operating company. Real estate fundamentals can often get lost in the world of real estate investing, but founder and Managing Partner Curt Kremer started George Oliver Companies in 2017 with the vision of creating a firm that puts the real estate first. This means looking beyond the surface of an asset to uncover its true potential, and then turning that potential into profitability thanks to expertise gained from a long career in commercial real estate.

Curt began his career as a Designer at Phoenix-based NDT Architecture but soon shifted into a construction management role at Opus West, one of the Valley’s leading commercial real estate entities. During a seven-year period at Opus West, Curt advanced from Project Manager to Real Estate Manager, where he directed all aspects of construction and development for more than 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. This included projects like the 1.5-million-square-foot Pima Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 2009, Curt joined Capital Commercial Investments as Vice President, where he helped lead the company’s value creation process through leasing, capital improvement, development and repositioning activity.

In 2011, he joined EverWest Real Estate Partners as Managing Director in charge of market analysis, acquisition, sales, asset management, leasing and property management for the Arizona region, which is comprised of approximately 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial space. In 2015, Curt was promoted to Managing Principal at Ever West, leading a team of acquisition managers and leveraging his expertise across multiple markets to identify value-add, joint venture opportunities nationwide.

As a 16-year industry veteran, Curt contributes a background in acquisitions, architecture, construction and commercial real estate investing, and has participated in more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail development in multiple markets across the country.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Arizona State University, is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Salesperson, sits on the Executive Council Charities Board of Directors and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
